A Late: Happy Easter

Happy Easter...
Every year on April 1st, aka April Fools, I always get GOT. This year, determined to not get got, I GOT a couple of people.

I decided to send out a inter-office email, to some associates, I knew wouldn't get too upset, when they found out it was a joke. The email said...
"Sup Sup,
We had a dept. lunch and ordered from Philippe's and there's too much for us to eat. Feel free to come over."

After about 5 minutes of the email being sent out, I got about 6 hungry people by my desk, only for them to find this....

After bamboozling niggas, I spent the rest of the day, w/ Big Sean as he geared up and prepped for some press junkets.

The shoot even brought out a couple of weirdo's

"Thumbs Up! (like im hailing a yellow cab)"

2010 Frosh

I remember being a freshman, both in High School and College and wanting to prove to everybody, that I was the shit! With Gucci and YSL on my feet and a Vanson on my back to compliment my catholic uniform, w/ not a fucking dollar in the bank...Ha!
Wednesday, March 31st, after a busy day in the office, I headed down to Highline Ballroom to see a couple of the XXL 2010 Freshman perform, one in particular being Big Sean.

En Route, I was told that Cam'ron was headlining. With both a dismayed and somewhat humorous look, I kept it in the back of my head that after Sean's performance I was out! Adding to it, when i found out my boy Fashwan wasn't performing... I was HEATED, giving me all the more reason to chuck my deuces!

Forgetting that Nipsey Hustle was also on the bill, I took a major L and missed his set. Aside from just missing Nipsey, I heard Donnis did his thing too, bringing out Estelle and Ryan Leslie. *kanYeShrug* not too bumed out, I enjoyed the show for what it was worth.

Openining Ceremony: The Powers That Be

After much promoting for my bredrens, Trey & Esteban exhibit, The Powers that Be came to life. With dark rainy weather to off set the art, Tuesday, March 30th made it a perfect day to debut the work of two creative geniuses.

Despite, not so cheerful weather, the opening ceremony brought out a nice crowd. Surrounded by friends, acquaintances and a couple of associates, all old and new it made for a dope and inviting atmosphere.

After it was all said and done, I managed to stay around a lil' longer, to really soak up the art w/ no distraction. Leading up to the gallery, I had seen a lot of these paintings and creations go from a thought, to actual tangible art, but after nights of just chillin' in the studio, I wanted to soak it ALL up, with no distractions.
