Am I alone, when I feel that, no one is really acknowledging or conceding to the fact that this is BLACK HISTORY MONTH? I too, am at fault for not really remembering. After all, we all should be celebrating or doing something in remembrance of our Black History! PEOPLE, we have an African American President! With that said, I challenge all reading this, black, white, asian, etc. to go out and do something to change history. Whether it's sharing knowledge w/ a friend or doing something to help society, STAND UP, lets GO!!!

Mannn, black history month is kinda lame IMO. It just doesn't make any sense to dedicate a month, the shortest month of the year at that, to a race of people. It's dumb, what's the rest of the year, white history month? And then I think March is like womens history month and NO ONE even knows that.
You think anyones life really changes because its black history month? The only aknowledgement I see for black history month comes from Viacom (VH1, MTV and BET, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have remembered).
Ask my man Morgan Freeman what he thinks about Black History month.
