This post is a lil' late in comparison to my fellow bloggers and bloggets, but its better late than never!

So last night was the screening/listening session for Ludacris forthcoming album from DTP via Def Jam. Unfortunatly, I got stuck doing the door, which really isnt bad, because I managed to get a lot of my press ppl in, its just annoying when you have ppl that try to jump to the front of line, because they think there sooooo much more important than the other 150 ppl online, then it becomes annoying, not to mention the rain!

After doing the door, I sipped on a lil' Nuvo (who by the way, sponored the party) and made my way up to vip, which was a sweat box. Later after Luda played a couple of tracks, we made way to the theater where Luda introduced the videos for both "What Them Girls Like" feat. Chris Brown and Sean Garrett and "Undisputted" feat, Floyd Mayweather.

Weeks after it was first announced that Juelz Santana had been released from his obligations to Diplomats Records, the rapper is speaking candidly about the details behind the split. During an interview with AllHipHop.com, Juelz revisited the situation, revealing that the details were not as Diplomat Records’ CEO Cam’ron had previously made them seem. “I vowed not to say nothing bad about Cam ‘cause I felt like he did a lot for me,” Juelz Santana told AllHipHop.com. “But as far as him selling me, that s**t just sound stupid. I’m the biggest artist in New York City right now, ain’t came out with an album in three years. He would never sell me. It was bad business, and I had to get out my contract. It’s so crazy to me that he’s still trying to make himself look good.” Juelz Santana said that he respected Cam’ron’s position as head of The Diplomats, but reiterated that bad business was the reason for his departure from the label, which distributed Juelz’ projects via Def Jam. “It’s a line between loyalty and stupidity man, bottom line. And it’s gotta be drawn sometimes,” Santana said.

This year, although a little early I think I may of found it, Q-tip's "Getting Up". Now forgive me if L'm a lil late, but this song is really and truly growing on me. Its good to see that niggas like Q-tip, have managed to stay true to themselves, even if it wasn't what was in, in past times!
